Where do you work?
I’m based in Petrer and work across the whole province of Alicante. If you’re further away, message me and we’ll see.
Can I book a one-off project without a monthly plan?
Yes. Visual Shot and the other one-off projects have no commitment: half when you book the date and half on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
For the video and photo plans there’s no fixed deadline: we agree it for each production, based on what we shoot and when you need it. A website takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the plan, counting from when I have your copy, logo and access details.
Do I need to have clear ideas?
No. In our first meeting I’ll suggest ideas and scripts based on your business. You just have to choose.
How many changes can I ask for?
Up to 2 rounds of revisions per piece, and 2 rounds of design for websites. If you need more, we’ll talk about it.
Do monthly plans have a minimum term?
Yes, 3 months, which is how long a content strategy needs to deliver results. After that we go month to month, and either of us can stop with 15 days’ notice.
Will the website be in my name?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and, once paid, the website is yours. If you ever stop the maintenance, I’ll hand over all the files.
Is advertising included?
Managing the ads, yes. The ad spend itself you pay directly to Meta, with your card and in your account, so you always know what’s being spent and on what.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Social media, ad accounts, domain and Google are always in the client’s name.
